That’s when we remember
what we regret
What we want returned
When we feel tired
when we know we reserved somethings
For a reason
While we re-evaluate our decisions
High or low
Who we realize was an inspiration and
Who was a responsibility and
Who or what was a re-run
When we kick off our shoes to
Recycle them but choose not to let them
Retrograde our emotions through a window
When we reinstall boundaries
Return stolen items
Renew old friendships
Reinstall our manners
Recognize patience is a virtue
Really?
Retirement is a big deal
Don’t wait or hesitate
Give your flying lessons
Spiritual wings to spread
over your eternity

PS: it’s never too early or too late to retire
