The body is a shell
The soul can live inside the body

You are a created spirit not a scientific concoction
You have an aura and mission and
do not allow others to deter you
Your energy is enough
your breath is powerful
your words are swords to use wisely
Your heart is your shield
You are not your mind
You are your spirit
