From church choirs, to accompaniments of musicians, the choir pianist, the music teacher to  the harmonies of nature has been the journey of this artist. She has the classical background of piano lessons and the appreciation of many spirits who travel the musical roads. She can find joy in Beethoven and find flavors in bass guitars and sweet flutes of a jazz combo. Come and enjoy. The balcony view with her.

Wherever we look, music can begin. The songs of our hearts play a song when we are listening. The songs begin with a flower, a word, a breeze, a butterfly, a color, an emotion, or silence. The lyrics are written from thoughts, poems, stories, or experiences of life.

Why do you listen to music?  To relax, to get motivated, to shut out the noise, to inspire your imagination?

I personally listen for all those reason and many more. Music is the universal language, like the smile. When we stop the madness of the world around us, during that pause for harmony, is when we become our truest self. I have no degree to back that up, but I know it to be true. I have many favorites, so let’s take relax first. The Native American flute is my go to everyday, but especially at the doctor’s office. High anxiety levels come right down.
